Whether or not you're satisfied with the outcome of the election, you have to give it up to the candidates: Republicans John McCain and Sarah Palin, and our President-elect, Barack Obama, and his VP, Joe Biden. Voter registration was at an all-time high for the historical 2008 election, in large part because the candidates pushed us to get out there and get our voices heard—and that deserves the biggest thanks of all.
