When Tyler turns the big 4-0 this September, he plans to purchase the ultimate getaway as a present to himself. "I'm a loner by nature, so when I'm out there on these islands, I just feel like the only person in the world," he told People. Plus, Tyler mentioned that it's the best place for him to "work uninterrupted," which means he'll probably write it off as a business expense. If only we were all so lucky.
