Jennifer Aniston is in the Zone.
Hollywood's hottest stars weren't all born with perfect bodies nor are they immune to Ben & Jerry's binges
Low-Carb
Cutting carbs is the biggest weight loss trend in Hollywood these days and the Zone is the low-carb "it" diet. Jennifer Aniston dropped 30 pounds on the high-protein plan and People Magazine reports that Brad Pitt and Friends co-stars Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry have also given it a try.
The Zone's prescribed diet of 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein and 30 percent unsaturated fats works for Renee Zellweger, too, who slimmed down on the plan after gaining 20 pounds for her role in Bridget Jones's Diary. The diet has also attracted sleek celeb followers like Madonna, Cindy Crawford, Winona Ryder, Demi Moore, Kristin Davis and Kirstie Alley, to name a few.
Another popular low-carb choice is the high-fat Atkins diet. The meat-and-cheese-heavy plan reportedly helped Catherine Zeta-Jones lose her post-pregnancy pudge.
