Oh, right, the Sundance Film Festival is supposed to be about the films. Maybe for the press or film industry executives who conspire to spotlight a few lucky movies. But for the celebrities? The Sundance Film Festival is just one big free shopping emporium by day and huge open-bar party with gourmet food and top musical entertainment by night. The Park City, Utah, event used to operate by a highly organized and specialized hierarchy of swag (a word that may have come into use as an acronym for "Stuff We All Get"), where only very special people were on the good lists and the top celebs who rolled into town got things delivered to them. But not so anymore. Now A-listers, B-listers and hangers-on alike get chauffeured from luxury suite to luxury suite to have their pictures taken with the goods before they're allowed to cart them home. It makes for some great pictures...
