2007 Sundance Film Festival

What's different about this year's Sundance Film Festival? After years of unseasonably warm weather, it's cold up there in Park City, Utah, where Robert Redford annually gathers about 20,000 of his closest film fanatic friends and throws a 10-day party in the little ski hamlet. While the festival is exhorting the stars, paparazzi, moviegoers and film industry executives to mind this year's mantra — "Focus on Film" — that's a tough sell among all the glitz and glamour and all the free stuff that's handed out to the rich and famous. But at least everyone is being a little sensible in the frigid temps and focusing on form over fashion to use winter wear for its intended purpose — to keep warm. We've seen quite a display of mountain men and covered up ladies as the best of Hollywood tries to keep their heat at the biggest and most important film festival in the country.
