Some were asleep when the call came. Others were awake and nervously awaiting the news. The early morning wake-up call in California ‑- nomination time this year was around 5am Pacific time on July 14 ‑- is always a nail-biter for TV stars. We caught up with some of these illustrious nominees to find out where they were, how they felt and how they celebrated when they found out they were in the running for television's highest honor. We'll have to wait until after the airing of the awards show on September 18 on CBS to find out who will be celebrating a victory.
