In a nutshell: In Beverly Hills, the perfect body is expected and obtained, no matter the cost. Work Out chronicles the personal and professional life of Jackie Warner, owner and elite trainer of Sky Sport and Spa. Jackie's motto is "Work hard, play hard," and her employees are expected to live their lives the same way. She hires only the best — and arguably the most beautiful — trainers to work beneath her. Doug, Rebecca, Brian, Zen, Andre, Erika and Jesse strive to keep their powerful clients and demanding boss happy. Conflicts arise between the trainers as they all vie to be the gym's most sought-after trainer. Outside the gym, Jackie must deal with her long-time girlfriend's jealous nature and her mother's opposition to gay marriage. Even if you're not a gym rat yourself, Work Out takes fitness to a whole new level. Do you think Jackie is too hard on her trainers? Who do you wish you could have a private session from? Keep Jackie and the Gang from Work Out
There are still a lot of us out there that like the show and realize it is only that, a TV show that is made up. It is called reality TV but everyone (well most of us) know it is not and that it is scripted. People have made to much of this episode and need to get a life! I love the show with all the characters that is what keeps it entertaining. I mostly watch for that reason and to get myself motivated for working out. Which I might add I have been doing since the show has come on the air. Keep the show and let's move on!!!!

Warner is a liar and a sleaze
She's vile. The way she mistreats other people and tries to deflect responsibility has always been a problem. Her sexist behavior, in particular, would get a male boss sued. But the worst was the breasts incident. The footage was never shown. Instead, we simply had Jackie's testimony on camera that she herself said nothing about the woman's breasts. This is contradicted by the husband, who heard Jackie's remarks, and by the assistant Lisa who admits making remarks of her own, but who has been accused by Jackie of being the only one who spoke. She has lost at least two sponsors, not counting Olivia Cruises, which will no longer permit the show the film on their boat. I hope the show is cancelled soon.

Workout 3 is a MESS and so is Jackie!
It's evident that the posts here are OLD because the current season has Jackie being a complete shrew, allowing her "manager" Lisa to make fun of a cancer survivor by calling her reconstructive surgery "gross and looking like rocks on her chest". Regardless of her having cancer, the awful Ms. Warner should NEVER allow ANY employee of hers to ridicule any patron of the gym. It's hard enough for overweight people to walk into a gym. That show putting that on the air just validated all those fears of the overweight audience who might have been on the fence about going to a gym....ATTA BOY JACKIE!!!! And then to FIRE an employee (Brian, the trainer working with the humiliated client) and throwing that client out too because you were too embarrassed to hear him out....shame shame shame on you!! WHAT A COWARD YOU ARE!!! It was painfully obvious that why you hushed him up. You are pathetic in my humble opinion!

BRAVO and WORK OUT
You may or may not know what is going on over on the Work Out 3 message boards on BravoTV.com. Used to be fans want Jackie Warner and her show off the air. We have a petition started, we have written to Bravo, Gatorade/Propele and any other sponsers that promote their items during her show. Ms. Warner is a perfect example of fame and fortune gone to the head. BIG TIME! She made rude comments behind a clients back regarding her breasts and it turned out this client was a breast cancer survivor. She is no longer a positive role model and should be removed from television. We don't want to watch her bullying ways any longer and she is in total denial of any wrong doing. Take a look at the boards under Work Out 3. The EX fans want their voices heard. Bravo is ignoring this situation. Gatorade has pulled their sponsorship. Please support the viewers and get Work Out taken off the air! GATORADE/PROPEL LISTENED TO VIEWERS AND THEY HAVE PULLED THEIR ADS AND ENDED THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH BRAVO. I think Jackie was robbing the cradle with Mimi any way. Mimi is 26 and Jackie is 37 what kind of crap is that . I knew when I first saw them that there was an age difference simply bcause Jackie was mature and Mimi was not. Jackie crush on someone your own age.

~Way to go Jackie~
I think that this is a great show. I am not personally gay but I have a soft spot for those who are. I can't imaging how flustrating it would be to have someone not to accept you or your lifestyle. It is your life and your choice to live it the way you want. I think Jackie is a great person and has a great personality and knows exactly what she wants and goes for it. I think Jackie's mother should open her eyes and except her daughter for who she is and love everything about her not just certain things. As for Mimi I think it was her loss for what she did to Jackie. She should grow up and realise you can't treat people like that. I have been doing some of the excercises that are shown on the bravotv site and can really feel the burn as they say. So I reccomend people who watch the show to try some of them!

You Go Jackie!!!
Jackie Warner is AMAZING and Beautiful in side and out. She worked hard to get to where she is and I wish her much success. She is an excellent role model for todays youth. I know some people might not agree, But that's my opinion so deal!
