For the football stadium scenes, Marshall students and graduates were invited to participate as extras. So Marshall alum Chris Drummond road tripped down to Georgia with his seven-year-old daughter, Grace.

"We were there for the pivotal Xavier game," Chris reported. "We had to go through all the emotions -- the ups and downs. It was a great experience being involved in the picture. I don't know how fun it would have been doing the same thing over and over in the Atlanta heat for another project, but since this one meant so much to us, it was great.

"Grace thought it was 'sooooo cool' because they picked her out to hold a Marshall sign. But the funniest thing she said was that it was 'just like being at home.' I asked: 'How so?' She said, 'Because I was surrounded by dummies.'"
