The 31st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York on Friday, May 21 on NBC. Las Vegas starlet Vanessa Marcil, who played fan favorite Brenda Barrett on General Hospital from 1992 to 2003, was tapped as the show host. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to 10 veteran actor including GH's Anna Lee (Lila Quartermaine), who passed away days before the ceremony.
