Here's a shot of one of the pivotal scenes in the film -- when McConaughey gives the players a pep talk before their first game of the season after the crash. This was filmed at the Spril Hill cemetary in Huntington. The memorial is at the highest point of the cemetery, overlooking the city of Huntington and the Marshall campus. It honors the University football team, coaches, staff and supporters who died in the crash. In front of the obelisk are six unmarked graves in memory of the victims that could not be identified.
